North Shore Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine has treated literally thousands of musculoskeletal problems over the years it has served Kauai's north shore.

Kauai Community Health Alliance has on its professional staff physicians specializing in family practice and emergency medicine, urology, and physical medicine & rehab.

Hale Lea is located in Kilauea and open Monday through Saturdays.


Hale Lea Medicine Kauai Urgent Care and Primary CareHale Lea Urgent Care Clinic and Primary Care

Hale Lea Medicine is the central initiative of KCHA. The clinic provides both primary care and urgent care walk-in for Kauai's north shore communities of Princeville, Kilauea, Anahola, Hanalei, Haena and Kapaa, handling approximately 10,000 patient visits per year.

Disappearing community access to primary care medicine is a serious national problem. Kauai's north shore alone has seen 5 of 7 primary care clinics shut down since the year 2002. Uninsured and underinsured patients represent yet another challenge to healthcare delivery. Hale Lea medicine represents a major point of access for our community's healthcare system, and strives to address these issues in several creative ways.
